?When does enrolment open?
Pre-registration for 2027–2028 is open. When you fill in the form, the admissions office calls you within two working days and we set an introductory meeting or scholarship exam date for your child's level together. Final enrolment dates are on each level's page.
?Which authority is the kindergarten under?
Our kindergarten is a private kindergarten under the Ministry of National Education for children aged 36–66 months. We do not offer nursery care for children under 36 months; that age group falls under institutions of the Ministry of Family and Social Services.
?Do you admit high school students by LGS score?
Private high schools do not admit through central placement but by the school's own criteria. We hold an interview with every applicant. LGS and our scholarship exam results are used to set the scholarship rate; there is no compulsory minimum score for enrolment.
?Do fees include VAT and meals?
The amounts on the fees page include VAT. Meals, books and stationery and the school bus are separate items, shown on separate rows. A uniform set is bought once at enrolment.
?Are there sibling and early-payment discounts?
A second sibling at the school in the same year gets 10% off tuition, a third 15%. Paying in full in advance gives 5% off. Discounts apply to tuition only, not to meals or the bus; scholarships and discounts together can reach at most 50%.
?How is the scholarship rate set?
Depending on the exam result we award 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% off tuition. The scholarship continues while the student studies with us; the end-of-year grade and attendance conditions are in the scholarship regulations given to parents at enrolment.
?Which districts does the school bus cover?
There are five lines to Çayyolu, Ümitköy, İncek, Bağlıca, Oran, Dikmen, Çankaya, Bilkent, Beytepe and Gölbaşı centre. Type your district into the search on the school bus page to see the nearest stop and morning time. Every bus has an attendant.
?Will the bus stop at our home?
Buses run between set stops; for kindergarten children we pick up at estate gates where possible. Routes are redrawn every August based on enrolled students' addresses.
?Who plans the menu? What about children with allergies?
The menu is planned by our school dietitian and published every week on the menu page, with each day's allergens listed. For students with food allergies we take written information at enrolment and prepare a separate plate. This information is not requested on the website forms.
?Is there a nurse on campus?
A nurse is on duty in the infirmary in the main entrance building during school hours. Parents are informed and the student is sent home if they have a fever or a suspected contagious illness.
?How is entry to the campus controlled?
The campus has a single entrance. Students and staff pass through card turnstiles; visitors register with ID. Kindergarten and primary pupils are handed over only to people named by the parent. Common areas are covered by cameras; classrooms are not.
?Are student photos shared on the website and social media?
Only photos of students whose parents have given written consent are shared. Consent is taken on a separate form at enrolment and can be withdrawn at any time. On the website we prefer activity moments to close-ups of faces.
?How are languages taught?
English starts with a daily play hour in kindergarten; 10 hours a week in primary, 8 in middle school and 6 in high school. German can be chosen as a second language in middle and high school. Level groups are updated twice a year by a placement test.
?Is LGS preparation charged separately?
No. Practice exams, study sessions and grade 8 Saturday camps are included in middle school tuition.
?Can students stay on campus after school?
Primary has supervised homework until 16:40, middle school has club and study hours, and grades 11–12 have a quiet study hall until 18:00. Two extra buses leave at 17:00 and 18:15 for students who stay.
?Who can join a campus tour?
Any family considering enrolment. The tour takes about 60 minutes; a guide from admissions shows you classrooms, labs, the dining hall and the sports complex. Your child is welcome too. Tour times are on the campus tour page.
